Nam Hai Dinh Vu Port welcomes the first vessel of Sinolines Container Lines

On February 28, 2024, Nam Hai Dinh Vu Port – a member of Viconship Group, had successfully organized the maidencall ceremony, welcoming the arrival of the Dong Fang Fu (东方富) container ship wit IMO No. 9162423 – belonging to the service line of SINOLINES shipping company. This service line is expected to mark a new step of development in the cooperation between Nam Hai Dinh Vu Port and Sinolines shipping company, while also meets the growing demand for production and business regarding import and export cargos between China – Vietnam markets.

This event is also a result of collaboration with the Oriental Maritime Service Company (ORIMAS) (Hai Phong), the liner agency that has introduced a new service option at Nam Hai Dinh Vu Port (NDP) with routes passing through ports in Hai Phong – Da Nang – Hong Kong – Ningbo – Shanghai. This expands Sinolines’ market presence in Northern Vietnam and provides an additional service alternative for import and export cargos.

At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Diep – Director of Nam Hai Dinh Vu Port, expressed profound gratitude to the shipping company and its agent for their support and cooperation. He emphasized that despite the challenges posed by global instability, this event is evidence of the trust and support that the shipping company and customers have shown towards Nam Hai Dinh Vu Port. In 2024, the Port continues its commitment to productivity, innovative management, and the application of information technology to further enhance customer experiences and service quality.

The ceremony for the first container loading order on Dong Fang Fu vessel was also conducted, along with the presentation of congratulatory bouquets, demonstrating appreciation and the desire for long-term cooperation between the parties. This event not only signifies a new milestone in the relationship between Nam Hai Dinh Vu Port and Sinolines shipping company, but also serves as evidence of the commitment and enthusiasm for service quality of Nam Hai Dinh Vu Port specifically and the service ecosystem of Viconship Group in general.
